We met with our SS this morning.
The following things are going to be fixed:
(a) The damaged metal capping at the front of the house
(b) The crooked bricks at the top of the garage
(c) The crooked eave at the back of the house
The rumpus roof has been completed.
The insulation and gyprock will start today.

I think we may gyprock the entire garage after handover. Not sure if I like the exposed brick work
