Frames and windows complete!!!

 

 

And more frames...

Looks like the roof is now complete. . . so too the frames to have the garage extended to the fence line. . .

The carpenters have now installed the flooring on the first floor and almost completed the roof for the rumpus.

We have had other people and some builders from other homes come up to us and tell us how neat the work has been so far. Makes us feel that we are in good hands.

We have made our first progress payment.

It looks like half of our frames have been delivered and the edges of the slab have been covered with termite barrier.

So. . . it only took approximately three hundred days since Tender date to get this. . .
