Pre-building blog- May 2012 to January 2013

Sale of our house

After months and months of discussions, we decided against renovating and made the hard choice to let go of our first house in Panania.

Land

After looking around for a few weeks at some homes to build at Georges Fair, we decided to purchase land.

This block is located in Stage 4B Brushwood Release.

Our block is 12.5m x 30m. It is perfect for the Seaview 36 design.

  1. Hi
We are also building with Rawson.
We are waiting for our tender and we are looking at internal selections.
We really want to get 600 x 600 tile for living area. We know its an upgrade..how much did it set you back by? For exteral tile cost and for the laying labour.

    Thank you
